I had my pool installed by Fiona and the team at Kinetic Pools and could not be happier. There's a lot of hidden costs I've learned when installing a pool and the team at Kinetic Pools were great at educating me with all the things I hadn't considered and providing a detailed and transparent quote with no hidden costs. Will highly recommend Kinetic Pools for your next installation. Exceptional customer service was received from the beginning to the end of our project. We had chosen the near impossible task to retrofit a 6mx3.5m swimming pool in a small duplex. After exhaustive discussions with 4 major pool builders in early/mid 2022, whereby none of them were willing to commit to a completed pool by Christmas 2022 (in fact all were quoting circa March-May 2023), we decided to put our dream of having a pool on hold. In July of 2022, we responded to a Facebook advertisement directing us to Kinetic Pools. After completing the online inquiry, we received a call from Steve the very next day. One of the very first questions we asked was the possibility of swimming in a new pool by Summer 2022 to which Steve responded, "we could have you swimming well before then!". At first we were sceptical, but agreed to engage in further discussions. At all times, Steve was very responsive and highly informative which was key to gaining my confidence that a completed pool in 2022 was in fact a genuine possibility. After agreeing to the Kinetic quote, things moved quickly and the pool works commenced in October and much to our surprise, the bulk of the installation works was completed in only two weeks. We were amazed at the progress so much so that we recommended Steve and Kinetic to my father in-law and in the same streamlined fashion, Steve again delivered on his promises and they too were swimming in a completed pool by Christmas 2022. I must say on behalf of my father in law, that their process from enquiry, to engagement, to a completed pool was even faster than ours which is amazing considering most other pool builders were quoting completion timelines of circa 12 months+. Both my family and my in-laws were ultimately impressed by Steve as he was always honest and forthcoming and was completely transparent during the planning and implementation process, which ultimately led to our greatest satisfaction of having our completed pools ahead of even our own expectations. After much discussion and looking at many pools we finally made our decision to go with Kenetic pools the right shape and size but more importantly the fact that Kenetic pools shared our vision but did everything they could to make it happen. Our little bit of paradise thanks to the team for all the efforts it is and will be greatly appreciated. If you have a dream for that pool you can’t go past a highly recommended Kenetic Pools. Kinetic Pools (Fiona) came to our rescue after dealing with a different pool company that went into liquidation. From the first contact we had with Fiona she made the whole processing of getting our pool finished seamless. Fiona's knowledge of installation, pool shells, equipment and compliance ensured that we will have a beautiful and complaint pool for years to come. We can not thank Fiona enough for taking away the stress we went through. Fiona and Steve have been true superstars from first contact. The most important thing in the process of getting a pool is communication and they excel at it. Nothing was too hard or too big a problem. Challenges did arise, as they do with all building work, but it was never a problem, and we were presented with a clear path forward. Kinetic Pools came to our rescue after the debacle of our previous pool installer going into liquidation. From the very first moment of dealing with Fiona and Steve from Kinetic I felt very reassured that I could achieve a positive outcome from where we were left with just a shell of a pool in the ground. They were very supportive and informative as to how we could move forward dealing with all the government bodies and the insurance process. We were so happy with kinetic pools. Stephen and Fiona were both a pleasure to deal with. Our pool is absolutely amazing we could not be happier. The service we received from the first meeting to the end of completion was amazing. We went to Fiji just as the pool was finished and Stephen came twice while we were away to clean and check on the pool for us above above and beyond service. Every trade they used were professional and friendly and it made the experience seem less. We would highly recommend Kenetic pools if you are looking to put a pool in. We had our pool installed in August 2022. The whole process was fast and efficient and the quality of work was exemplary. I appreciated that the quotes included everything you actually needed to build the pool first time, rather than providing a low quote and continually adding on extras. The final build cost was as we expected, so no nasty surprises. The whole team were great to deal with and nothing was stressful, even when some plans had to be changed.
